Design thinking is a very practical, hands-on approach for finding a solution. It starts from identifying the big question, that in turn sets the right frame for idea development & prototyping, and eventually unfolds into a viable concept or strategy. Visual communication is essential to this process – it explains complex issues, facilitates difficult conversations, enables creativity.

Your "problem" can vary from an architectural concept or strategy for your company to a map of a city.
